As a manufacturer of gas and electric fires for over 30 years, Brilliant Fires has thousands of it's fireplaces in people's homes all over the country. We understand that from time to time, our customers may need to replace a part in their fire.

When ordering your spare parts you’ll need the following information from your fire so we an determine which parts are suitable.
- Product Code
- Serial Number
- List of Parts Required
You should have also had a Gas Safe engineer to come and assess your appliance and give you a diagnosis.
